El programa del crecimiento y de desarrollo de la juventud (YGD) utiliza un acercamiento educativo y experimental en el contexto de la cultura y de los valores tradicionales del individuo. Su fuerza es su utilidad a todos los individuos, sin importar nivel de enseñanza, nacionalidad, o clase social. Los adolescentes pueden identificar comportamientos improductivos y volver a aprender habilidades sanas y útiles de la vida.
