The Judicial Council of the Administrative Office of the Courts of Georgia
appointed Rocío D. Woody as a member of the State's Drug Court Advisory
Committee in 2003. The Committee advises policy makers, judges and officials
who work in drug courts on strategies to prevent and reduce drug abuse and its
results.
Rocio D. Woody has been appointed for two consecutive terms to the State
Bar of Georgia' Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) Committee, District Four, by
the Georgia Supreme Court. The Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL)
Department addresses the investigation and prosecution of Unlicensed Practice
of Law in Georgia.
